Last updated: May 7, 2026
Welcome to BetterFlipper. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BetterFlipper desktop CS2 inventory manager application (“BetterFlipper Inventory Manager”), the web dashboard at betterflipper.com (“Web Panel”), and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Quick read
Be 16+, use one account per person, don't reverse-engineer the app, don't chargeback before contacting us, and remember the Service is an information tool — every trading decision is yours. Stripe handles all payments, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Purchases & Payments
5.1 Pricing
Prices for our plans are displayed on our website and during checkout. Prices are listed in USD by default; selected plans are also offered in PLNwith BLIK support. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing period.
5.2 Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees. For subscription plans, you authorize recurring billing at the stated interval until you cancel.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
6. Steam & Third-Party Integration
The Service integrates with Steam and various CS2 skin marketplaces (Buff163, CSFloat, PirateSwap, etc.). We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any third-party marketplace. Your use of Steam and these marketplaces is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for:
- Steam trade bans, restrictions, or inventory holds imposed by Valve
- Marketplace API changes, outages, or rate limiting
- Pricing discrepancies between our displayed prices and actual marketplace prices
- Losses incurred through trading decisions made using the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The BetterFlipper name, logo, desktop application, website, and all related content are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or content without our prior written consent. CS2 item images, names, and marketplace data are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Read carefully
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities. Pricing data is for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual market conditions at the moment of trade.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterFlipper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support or through your dashboard settings. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service immediately ends
- You lose access to all premium features
- We may retain certain data as required by law or our data retention policies
- No refunds are provided for accounts terminated for Terms violations
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the European Union.
