Refund Policy

At BetterFlipper, we stand behind our product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for purchases made through our platform (“the Service”).

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every paid plan (Basic, MAX, and any custom rank purchased through our platform) includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the BetterFlipper desktop CS2 inventory manager does not improve your flipping workflow within the first two weeks, contact support for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and order details. We process every refund request within 3 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time:

When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day money-back window has closed.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time rank purchases (non-recurring) are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable, since the access has already been granted and used.

4. Free Trial

Selected plans include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged at all — no refund is needed because no payment is collected during the trial.

Trial → paid transition

If your trial converts to a paid subscription and you change your mind, the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies — counted from the first successful charge after the trial ends.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We can resolve most billing issues quickly and directly.

Unwarranted chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate and permanent account termination, plus all associated dispute fees being recovered. Please give us a chance to fix billing issues before escalating.

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Bank/card processing time: typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Refunded subscriptions lose access to premium features immediately

7. Exceptions

The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, multi-accounting abuse, or payment fraud
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date
  • Renewal charges where a prior refund was already issued for the same plan
  • Accounts where extensive use of the Service has occurred (defined as accessing the desktop app for more than a total of 24 hours combined)

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU normally applies for digital services. By starting to use the Service (logging into the dashboard or launching the desktop app) before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once full performance has begun. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily as a more generous standard.
